2013 - Happy Summer everybody!

This year USAWSA is requiring boat drivers to complete an online course and a face to face drivers practicum in order to be certified to drive and be covered through USAWSA liability insurance. There are only a couple of guys listed in MA who can do the drivers practicum and sign off on our drivers-so it has been a challenge to get this done. We are collaborating with Meadow Lake skiers and have someone coming out to do this the week of July 8th. So until then, we can't pull skiers. This year we will be doing ski club on Tuesday nights (5:00) beginning July 16th. Still at the same location-103 Sunset Drive. Attached is the registration form. You can print it out and mail it to Glen Echo Ski Club at PO Box 243, Charlton City MA 01508. Make sure you renew your USAWSA membership-there now is a new family membership rate/option.

Meadow Lake Skiers is having a Team challenge on July 28th for skiers who can ski through the slalom course. Glen Echo used to be part of this and we have an invitation to come back. We will be looking for 10 slalom skiers from Glen Echo who would like to compete. When I get more information, I'll pass it along. Thanks

If you have your own life vest, please bring it with you to the practice. The club has plenty of skis. Membership forms will be available.
